Interactive Adult Workshops
Our adult emergency preparedness workshops teach essential life-saving skills, including CPR, stroke and heart attack recognition, seizure response, choking management, and bleeding control.
Through realistic scenario-based training, participants learn how to quickly recognize life-threatening situations, know when and how to call for help, and perform basic life-saving actions until emergency responders arrive. We teach you how to adapt your response for adults versus children and how to avoid common mistakes that may worsen injuries.
Interactive Kids Workshops
Designed to build confidence early, our children’s workshops teach young participants how to identify emergencies, when and how to call 911, perform basic CPR techniques, and provide initial bleeding control.
By practicing these skills through age-appropriate, interactive activities in a supportive environment, we help children understand that they can play an important, life-saving role while waiting for adults or emergency responders to arrive.
High School Mentorship Program
Launching in Fall 2026, our mentorship program is designed to support students interested in healthcare and emergency medicine careers.
Led by active EMTs and pre-med students, we provide personalized guidance on career pathways, share real-world experiences, and offer invaluable insights into college preparation, applications, and pursuing a future in medicine. We connect students with the mentorship they need to become the next generation of healthcare professionals.
